We collect the information you give us when you join the waitlist, buy a passport, sign in, redeem a pour, complete a survey, contact us, or apply as a partner. That can include name, email address, display name, age attestation, order status, Stripe checkout identifiers, passport activity, survey responses, partner contact details, and messages you send us.

Stripe processes card details for checkout. WineDown DC does not receive or store full card numbers.

We use this information to run the passport, process checkout, send access links and receipts, manage redemptions, prevent abuse, support customers and partner venues, operate internal reporting, and send waitlist or launch messages when you ask to receive them.

Our team can access customer, waitlist, order, and partner records in the admin console. Participating venues see operational redemption information for their venue and aggregate reporting, not a public list of where a passport holder has been.

We use service providers such as Stripe for payments and Resend for email delivery. We do not sell personal information.

We use cookies to keep customers, partner venues, demo users, and admins signed in. These cookies are used for authentication and site operation, not third-party advertising.

We keep records needed to operate the passport, preserve purchase and redemption history, support customers, and meet business or legal obligations. You can ask us to update your information, remove you from marketing messages, or review a privacy request by emailing us.
